1. Eligibility for Returns


Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.


To be eligible, items must be:


Unused and in their original packaging.


In the same condition that you received them.



Hygiene products such as opened or used filter cartridges cannot be returned unless defective.

Used purifier cups.


Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
